Talon Tally support is available for receipt scanning, expense and income exports, Premium iCloud sync, the email import shortcut, client invoicing, Stripe connection status, invoice email delivery, account deletion, and privacy requests.

Useful Details To Include
- Your device model, iOS version, and Talon Tally app version.
- Whether the issue involves receipt scanning, exports, iCloud sync, Premium, email imports, invoices, Stripe Checkout, or invoice delivery.
- For forwarded receipts or eBay CSV reports, the sender address, approximate forwarding time, destination address such as tally@talontally.com, and subject line.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive account credentials in support requests.
For cloud account deletion help, open Settings > Premium Email Imports > Delete Talon Cloud Account. Export needed invoice and payment records first; deletion revokes public invoice links and removes Talon Tally's cloud copy.
